I was diagnosed with bio-polar disorder and manic depression. A week before my discouraging diagnosis, my father informed me that we would be relocating from New York to Florida within the next 60 days. Wouldn’t you agree that I had a really good reason for being depressed? The doctors didn’t seem to think so and they tried to convince me that I would most likely need to take medication for the rest of my life.
